Panels & chassis sections

Surface oxidation, deep flaking rust, scale on chassis rails, underbody corrosion. Pulsed laser lifts rust off without thinning, pitting or warping — critical when you're matching original gauge for a respray or structural repair.

02 · Paint & primer

Paint, primer & lacquer removal

Strip old respray, factory paint, primer, lacquer, decals, pinstriping. Layered finishes peel back cleanly. Trim, weatherstrip, rubber and glass nearby stay untouched — no masking, no media in folded edges.

03 · Underseal

Underseal & tar removal

Bitumen underbody coatings, schutz, factory underseal, tar. The laser lifts coatings off without damaging the structural metal beneath, and without spraying solvent or media across your shop.

04 · Weld prep

Spot weld & seam-sealer prep

Strip back paint and primer from spot-weld zones and seams ahead of weld-through primer application. Faster and cleaner than orbital sanders, gentler than abrasive wheels.

05 · Parts cleaning

Brackets, hinges & frames

Suspension components, frame sections, classic alloy parts. Bench-top mobile cleaning means parts don't leave your shop. Turnaround in hours, not days. Maker's marks preserved.

06 · Pre-paint

Pre-paint surface preparation

Bare-metal-ready prep on bonnets, doors, guards, tailgates. Substrate stays as you found it — no pitting from grit, no chemical residue, no media trapped in folded edges or spot-weld pockets.

Heavy structural rust that has eaten through panels still needs cutting out and welding in fresh metal — that's panel-beating work and we leave it where it belongs. What the laser does well is give you back the substrate you want to weld, prime or paint, in the condition you found it underneath the contaminant.
