Process
Every job runs the same way. Free on-site assessment first. Test passes on the customer's actual material. Photographic before-and-after at every step. Customer signs off on the final result.
Customer describes the part, the contamination, the constraint. We agree a time and scope before the van leaves.

Tested on the real thing →If it's a fit, we discuss scope and rate. If it's not, you've lost nothing. Either way, the assessment record is yours.
